1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Toronto Balcony Cleaning governing your use of our website and our professional balcony washing, high-rise glass cleaning, and pigeon waste removal services across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

2. Booking, Quotes, and Pricing

All quotes provided over the phone, via email, or through our website are estimates based on the information and approximate dimensions provided by the client. Final pricing may be adjusted upon on-site inspection if the balcony condition, heavy accumulation, or physical dimensions differ significantly from the initial description.

3. Client Responsibilities & Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring that our technicians have safe and unobstructed access to the balcony at the scheduled appointment time. This includes:

• Securing any necessary condo management approvals or elevator bookings if required by your building.
• Removing personal items, fragile decor, plants, and loose furniture from the balcony prior to arrival.
• Ensuring interior access to balcony doors is clear for our cleaning technicians.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide adequate notice or denying technician access upon arrival may result in a service trip fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

Toronto Balcony Cleaning is fully insured for commercial and residential high-rise operations. However, we are not liable for pre-existing structural damage, scratches on weathered glass, faulty railing seals, or damage resulting from improper previous installations in your condo unit. Any claims regarding service quality must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

6. Governing Law

These terms and any services provided shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
